Preparation
Turn on the tap, and load the laundry.
(P. 18, 20 to 23)
Close the door, and press <ON> to turn on the power.
Press <<WASH>>, <<WASH DRY>>, or <STEAM IRON> to select a program.
The selected program changes with each press of the button.
To remove stubborn stains, see
(P. 72)
.
To adjust the spin speed or level of drying, see
(P. 69)
.
To use the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> function, see
(P. 4, 75)
.
Press <DELAY START> to set the operation finish time.
Press <START>.
A sound is emitted before the door is locked and the wash load is detected, and the detergent
indicator (guide) appears after 30 sec to 2 min.
Ú
The detergent indicator will not appear if water is already in the drum (about 3 L or more) when you
press the <START> button, or for the [BLANKET] (<<WASH>>, <<WASH DRY>>) program or [DELICATE]
or [TUB CLEAN] (<<WASH>>) program.
Add the correct amount of detergent, bleach, and softener based on the
indicated recommendations.
(P. 28 to 31)
The operation settings will appear briefly before disappearing, and only the delay indicator will be
displayed. The door lock will then be released after the backlight is turned off.
How to start
Set the machine to finish operation 3 to 12 hours later in 1-hour increments.
This can be useful for washing laundry while you are not at home or for washing at night when you
can hang the laundry in the morning.
