DP-85 DIGITAL CONVERGENCE ALIGNMENT PROCEDURES

After Storing, initialize the

MAGIC FOCUS

by pressing the

SWAP

button ONCE and then press the

PIP CH

button.

See "Complete Digital Convergence Alignment procedure" for more

details.

Enter the Service Mode by pressing the "

Service Only

Switch

" on Deflection PWB.

Convergence Touchup

Overlays NOT required!

Press the "

MENU

" button to Remove

colors not being adjusted.

Touch Up

complete

Convergence Point Adjustment

IMPORTANT:

Begin in FULL mode.

When adjustment is complete,

STORE

the New

DATA by pressing the

SWAP

button twice.

Press the Service Only Switch

to Exit to Normal mode.
