Steering wheel turning
clearance is too much big

Check the lock nuts of shift straight rod, turning joint and
steering stem.

Check the two ball joints at the each end of the shift
straight rod.

Check the cross gimbals of turning transmission shaft,
whether the clearance is large or not.

Check the gear of steering stem, whether the clearance is
large or not.
Front wheel shaking while
driving

Check the bearing in the turning gimbals.

、
Check the main pin shaft and the main pin bearing.

、
Check the bearing in the wheel rim.

、
Check the front wheel and the lock nut, whether it is
loosen or broken.

Check the rubber sheath connected the front rocker and
frame is broken or not.
Rear wheel shaking while
driving

Check the bearing in the rear axle case.

Check the connection between rear axle and the plate
spring.

Wheels jumped while driving
