Inspection Before Operation

2.4 Inspection Before Operation

Verify that the device operates normally to ensure that no damage occurred during storage or shipping. If

you find any damage, contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.

Inspection of peripheral devices

Is the power cord insulation torn, or

is any metal exposed?

•

Is the connection cord insulation

torn, or is any metal exposed?

Exposed

Do not use them if they are damaged

because it may cause an electric shock.

(Replace with a new cord.)

Not exposed

Inspection of device

Is there any damage on the device?

Yes

If any, request repair.

Does the supply voltage of your

power source match the supply

voltage indicated on the power

source inlet on the rear of the

device?

Use of a supply voltage outside the

specified range may damage the device

or cause an electric shock.
