4 Maintenance and Servicing

4.2 Replacing the Fuse

• To avoid electric shock, turn off the power switch and dis-

connect the probe and power cord before replacing the

fuse.

• Replace the fuse only with one of the specified characteris-

tics and voltage and current ratings. Using a non-specified

fuse or shorting the fuse holder may cause a life-threaten-

ing hazard.

Fuse type: 250 V T 0.25 AL 20 mm x 5 mm dia.

Fuse box

Turn the power OFF, and disconnect the power

cord.

Unlock the fastener on the fuse box on the rear

panel using a slotted screwdriver, and remove

the fuse box.

Replace the power fuse with a rated fuse.

Reset the fuse box.
