Disassemble

1. Remove the Drive Gear.

−

Remove the lock nut from the compressor drive gear.

NOTICE:

−

If the spread is insufficient, the drive gear will be damaged when loosening the nut.

−

Pull the drive gear from the crankshaft, then remove the woodruff key.
