Calibration

Calibration Procedure

Calibration Procedure:

1. First, make sure the stage is level. Measure each edge of the stage as shown

in Figures 19 and 20. The stage will move slightly with light to moderate
pressure. If it isn’t possible to make the stage level, remove the panel behind
the stage with a M3 hex wrench, then loosen the stage, level it, and retighten
the screws. Check to make sure the stage is level again after retightening the
screws.
