Chapter 2 Installation Preparation

Hillstone

Hillstone SG-6000 X-Series Hardware Reference Guide

Take out the hardware components and accessory box, and then remove the
foam.

Verify the parts received against the packing list.

Open the antistatic bag wrapping the chassis.

Warning

: Do not discard the packing materials which can be used for repacking or

When you receive the product, a packing list is included inside the accessory box.
Verify the parts and items you received against the packing list. If any part is missing,
contact a service representative.

Hillstone provides different expansion modules and power modules in separate
individual packages according to your order.
