1. Place and angle indicator on the weigh frame and check the head to foot
angle. Is the angle more than 3°?
Yes No

2. Inspect the bed frame for bent frame components. Are there any bent frame
components?
Yes No

Go to step 5.
3. Replace bent frame components. Does this fix the condition?
Yes No

Go to step 5.
4. Go to “Function Checks” in the TotalCare® Bed System Service Manual
(man112) .
5. Inspect the hydraulic cylinder pins for being bent. Are there any bent pins?
Yes No

Go to step 8.
6. Replace the bent pins. Does this fix the conditions?
Yes No
↓ →
Go to step 8.
7. Go to “Function Checks” in the TotalCare® Bed System Service Manual
(man112) .
8. Inspect the casters for bent caster stems. Are the caster stems bent?
Yes No

Go to step 11.
9. Replace the casters. Does this fix the condition?
Yes No
