Introduction to the Senior Seating Collection
Overview
The Senior Seating Collection consists of three therapeutic positioning chairs:
PostureRest specialty chair, PostureRest Plus specialty chair, and the Posture
Perfect specialty chair. Each chair is specifically designed for the non-
ambulatory resident. Each chair features an independently operated leg rest,
tilt-in-space position change, and optional positioning accessories designed to
provide correct postural support.
Cleaning and Care
General Cleaning
Clean the unit with a lightly dampened cloth and ordinary disinfectants. Do not
subject any area to excessive amounts of liquid.
Steam Cleaning
Do not use any steam cleaning device on the Senior Seating Collection. The
excessive moisture involved can damage mechanisms and components in the
unit.
Hard to Clean Spots
Use standard household cleaners and/or a soft bristle brush to remove trouble-
some spots or stains. Heavy dried-on soil and excreta may first require soaking
to loosen.
CAUTION:
Do not use harsh cleaners, solvents, or detergents.
Disinfection
Dilute disinfectants and/or germicides as specified on the manufacturer’s label.
