3) Set the enrollment station's IP address, port No., user name and password.

Get All
Import all person's information from the device to the platform.
Get Partially
After matching with the platform, all added person's information will be imported to the
platform.
The person information, including person details, person's fingerprint information (if
configured), and the linked cards (if configured), will be imported to the selected organization.
7.5 Import Person Information in Batch
You can import the persons information in batch.
Steps
1. Enter the Person module.
2. Select an organization to import the person.
3. Click Get from Device.
4. Configure the enrollment station's information.

If the enrollment station is connected with the platform via USB interface, click Local.
1) Select Enrollment Station from the drop-down list.
2) Click Login and set the enrollment station's user name and password.
3) Click OK.

If the enrollment station is connected with the platform via the network, click Remote.
1) Select Enrollment Station from the drop-down list.
2) If the platform has not added an enrollment station, click Login. If the platform has added
an enrollment station, click Change to connect to another enrollment station.
3) Set the enrollment station's IP address, port No., user name and password.
3) Click OK.
5. Click Export Template and you can export the template to the PC.
6. Edit person's basic information and save.
7. Click Import. Select the file edited in Step 6.
The edited basic information will be imported to the client software.
What to do next
After the basic information is imported to the client software, you should enroll other information
such as the face, fingerprint, etc. For details, see Enroll via Client Software .
