5.3.5 User Management
There are three types of users, including admin, operator and consumer. Only admin has the
permission to add and delete user, and edit user password. Operator and consumer have the
permission to edit their own password only. The server supports adding 32 users at most.
Add User
Steps
1. Go to System Management → System Configuration → User

2. Click Add, and input relevant information in the popup dialogue box.

Note
• We highly recommend you create a strong password of your own choosing (Using a minimum
of 8 characters, including at least three of the following categories: upper case letters, lower
case letters, numbers, and special characters.) in order to increase the security of your
product.
• We recommend you reset your password regularly, especially in the high security system,
resetting the password monthly or weekly can better protect your product.
3. Click OK.
