7.1.2 Backing up by Normal Video/Picture Search

Purpose:

The record files can be backup to various devices, such as USB devices (USB flash drives, USB HDDs,
USB writer), SATA writer and e-SATA HDD.

The eSATA HDD is supported by DS-9600NI-I8 and DS-9600NI-I16 series NVR only.

Backup using USB flash drives and USB HDDs

Step 1

Enter Export interface.

Menu>Export>Normal/Picture

Step 2

Select the cameras to search.

Step 3

Set search condition and click

Search

button to enter the search result interface. The

matched video files or pictures are displayed in Chart or List display mode.
