8. Troubleshooting
WARNING: All maintenance work listed below must be carried out with the device switched off, i.e.
with the mains plug pulled out.
PROBLEM CAUSE Model Solution

whether current is running through it. Turn

Compressor does not start The device takes 5 minutes to
re-start.
Overload prevents start.
Defective or broken conductor.

Switch off device, wait 5 minutes, then
start.
Reduce room temperature to below 38°C.
Replace or repair broken/loose conductor.
Check relay with volt/ampere metre.
Contact your dealer or the HEYLO service
