To avoid damaging the measuring head and obtain
optimal accuracy, ensure that at least 2/3 of the
length of the measuring pins are in contact with
the bore.
The accidental dismantling of the bore micrometer
or an attempt to dismantle the instrument without
using the keys provided will result in the a change
of instrument settings or even major errors in
the electronic measuring system as well as the
mechanical element.
The nature of the damage will be such that it will be
necessary to return the instrument to our plant for
repairs. This will entail the automatic termination
of the instrument warranty.
