2. Important safety instructions
Laser radiation
DANGER
2.1 Avoid contact with eyes
Never shine the light directly in your
own eyes or the eyes of other people or
animals!
Never shine the light indirectly in your
own eyes or the eyes of other people or
animals via reflective surfaces!
Always wear eye protection when using
the device.

2.2 Safety rules
Do not make any changes to the wiring
of the device.
Do not drill any holes in the battery
and do not damage it.
Do not use any batteries that
are obviously damaged.
Do not expose the battery/device
to water and do not submerge
it in water.
Do not dispose of the battery/device
by throwing it into fire or water.
Prevent liquids or dirt etc. from entering
the opening of the thermometer.
Do not manipulate or change
the device in any way.
Do not use the thermometer close to
explosive gases!
2.3 Do not subject to the following conditions
Electromagnetic fields
Large or sudden changes to the ambient
temperature. If the device is subjected
to a situation like this, wait 30 minutes
before commissioning the device again.
Do not place the device on or close to
objects with high temperatures.
