The reading device acknowledges the reading device parameter).

S2F19: RESET SENT (host -> reading device, reply)

The host transmits a request to the reading device to reset the hardware and software.

If a heartbeat time (parameter 9) is set, the reading device transmits a S1F1 message once the

reset operation is complete.

A power-up reset takes a few seconds.
