Service and Troubleshooting

12.1 General information

Follow the basic safety instructions in the chapter Safety instructions.

12.2 Troubleshooting personnel

Troubleshooting must only be performed by specially trained personnel.
In case of doubts concerning the necessary qualifications, contact the
manufacturer.

The handling of device errors by untrained personnel as well as the
incorrect handling of the device can result in personal injuries as well as
damages to the reading device and/or connected devices.

The maintenance of the reading device and its components may only be

performed by the manufacturer.

Observe the instructions in this section when errors occur. Do not perform any

further troubleshooting measures in addition to the described measures.

In case of doubt concerning errors and handling them, contact the manufacturer.
