TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: The iPod is not recognized even though it has been connected

 • Possible Cause : There are no titles which can be played.
 • Countermeasure: Use iTunes to download and save MP3 fi les into the iPod.

 • Possible Cause : The iPod fi rmware version has not been properly updated.
 • Countermeasure: Use iTunes to update the fi rmware version and reconnect the iPod with the device.
