Undo the nut (920).
9.
Remove the washer (554).
10.
Extract the impeller (230).
11.
Remove the key (940) from
the keyseat.
12.
Undo the connecting bolts
from the block motor (802)
and intermediate casing
(113).
13.
Pull the intermediate casing
(113) over the motor shaft
(819), so that it aligns axially
with the shaft.
Remove the O-ring (412).

Notice!
A damaged fitting surface does not guarantee a precise seal.
Do not damage the seating for the O-ring.
Remove all components of
the mechanical seal (433.1)
from the intermediate casing
(113).
15.
Undo the locking screw/s on
the mechanical seal (433.2).
Remove the sliding ring on
the mechanical seal (433.2).
16.
Lift the seal cover (471).
17.
Push the counter ring includ-
ing the O-ring of the mechani-
cal seal (433.2) out of the
seal cover (471).
