CAUTION!
The charger jacket has no protection against liquid penetration! For this reason, do not spray
liquids directly onto the surface and the electric contacts of the charger.
NOTE!
The charger cannot be sterilised. Do not use a steam jet or similar when cleaning, do not
immerse in liquids. Risk of damage!
The following steps must be carried out after every treatment:
1
Remove the hand piece from the charger.
2
Clean and disinfect the jacket surface with a cloth wetted with a non-aggressive cleaning or disinfecting
agent with a neutral pH (pH7). Follow the instructions of the disinfectant manufacturer exactly. Allow the
disinfectant time to dry before connecting the charger back to the mains. It is particularly important to
ensure that the electric contacts are completely dry.
NOTE!
Water-based disinfectants with a neutral pH-value are highly recommended.
Some alcohol-based disinfectants can damage the plastic material on the housing.
