Problemă 

Cauză 

Soluții 

Curge apă din partea 
inferioară a espressorului. 

Este multă apă în tava de scurgere. 

Vă rugăm să goliți tava de scurgere. 

Espressorul nu funcționează. 

Vă rugăm contactați un service autorizat în 
vederea depanării. 

Curge apă din partea 
exterioară a filtrului. 

Pe marginea filtrului este cafea 
măcinată. 

Îndepărtați cafeaua măcinată de pe 
marginea filtrului. 

Cafeaua are gust acru.   

Nu ați clătit corespunzător aparatul 
după ce ați curățat depunerile 
minerale.   

Curățați aparatul de câteva ori, urmând 
instrucțiunile secțiunii

”

. 

Cafeaua măcinată a fost depozitată 
într-un loc călduros sau umed 
pentru o perioada îndelungată. 
Cafeaua s-a alterat. 

Folosiți cafea proaspăt măcinată sau 
depozitați cafeaua într-un loc răcoros și 
uscat. După ce ați deschis un pachet de 
cafea măcinată, resigilați-l și depozitați-l în 
frigider pentru a-i menține prospețimea. 

Espressorul nu mai 
funcționează. 

Ștecărul nu este conectat 
corespunzător.   

Introduceți corect ștecărul în priză. Dacă 
aparatul continuă să prezinte defecțiuni, 
contactați un service autorizat în vederea 
depanării. 

Aburii nu formează spumă. 

Indicatorul luminos 

„

ready

” 

(pregătit) nu este aprins. 

Aburul poate fi utilizat pentru formarea 
spumei numai după aprinderea 
indicatorului luminos

Ceașca este prea mare sau forma 
acesteia nu este potrivită. 

Folosiți cești înalte și înguste. 

Ați folosit lapte degresat.
