Assembly
Flask depth
A stop bolt is located on the right side of the lift pillar with which you can adjust a
constant depth for the evaporating ask.
Rotation is set to 0 rpm.
Evaporating ask is mounted (see
chapter “Operation”, section “Mount
evaporating ask ).
Height stop is at top position.
Adjust height without guard hood:
Move down lift until it has reached the
desired depth
(see chapter “Start-Up, Heating bath
and lift”).
Turn xing screw on stop bolt of lift
pillar approx. 180° counter clockwise.
Slide stop bolt via xing screw
downwards as far as it will go.
Fasten xing screw clockwise.
Move the lift upwards.
The xing screw allows to individually
adjust the lowest ask position.
The lift cannot be lowered beyond this
point.
Adjust height with guard hood:
Hold guard hood with one hand.
Move guard hood manually when
adjusting the lift.
