Shaft guard
To prevent injuries caused by rotating parts of the impeller a shaft guard can be
attached. (optional accessory, see section “Accessories”)
Attach shaft guard

Hold the adaptor to the chuck with the
cut-out below the ON/OFFswitch.

Connect the two guide aids to the
holes left and right to ensure correct
fitting.

Attach the adaptor with the two allen
screws and key supplied to the bottom
side of the housing and tighten them
until it stops.

Attach both knurled screws to the drill
hole on the adaptor and tighten them
with 2 - 3 turns.

Push the grooves on the shaft guard
alongside the knurled screws until the
screws reach the end of the groove.
Now turn them clockwise to the end of
the groove.

Tighten both knurled screws to hold
the shaft guard firmly in place.

Remove shaft guard
➜
Untighten both knurled screws holding the shaft guard to the adaptor with 1 - 2
turns.
➜
Turn the shaft guard slightly left and remove it from the stirrer.
