Attach impellers
Warning:
Risk of injury!
If the unit is not powered off completely, rotation may start
unexpectedly while opening or closing the chuck. This may result in
serious injuries.
Always switch the unit off when opening and closing the chuck.
Open chuck
The device is switched off.
1.
If an impeller is already fi xed:

Hold on to impeller.
➜
Turn chuck with supplied T-handle for
chuck counterclockwise to the left until
the impeller is completely disconnected
from the unit.
2.
If no impeller is fi xed:
➜
Turn chuck with supplied T-handle for
chuck counterclockwise to the left until
the rod can be moved through the
chuck.

Warning:
Risk of injury!
If T-handle for chuck is not removed prior to operation the T-handle
will disconnect during rotation and may result in serious injuries.
Always remove T-handle after attaching impeller. Ensure no T-handle
is connected to chuck when starting rotation.

If the chuck is not closed properly the impeller may disconnect
during rotation and result in serious injuries.
Fasten the chuck securely. Check secure attachment in between, if
rotation runs for any length of time.
