The manual shut-off valve downstream of the fuel not being
used must always be closed. When switching fuels, the burner
should be shut-off by putting the selector switch in the center
position. The manual valves should then be moved so that the
fuel that is not being used is closed and the fuel that is being
used is opened.
The burner shall not switch fuels while
firing. Failure to follow this procedure could cause property
damage personal injury or death.
