To replace an Upper Webbing:

1. Disconnect the Webbing Connection Ring from the Upper Webbing being

replaced.

2. Remove the nozzle assembly.

3. Simultaneously extract the entire length of both Upper Webbings includ-

ing their drum leads.

4. Insert a suitable holding pin through the loops in the drum leads above the

shackle. This will prevent the lines from retracting back into the device.

IF EITHER DRUM LEAD RETRACTS BACK INTO THE DEVICE, THE DEVICE WILL
REQUIRE SERVICE BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

5. Unscrew the shackle pin of the webbing to be replaced and remove the

webbing. Discard the old shackle pin. Cut off the ends of the used Upper
Webbing before discarding to ensure it is not accidentally re-used.
