What do I do if I need to dial a 9 before the ISP
dial-up number?
A
To set the use of a dialing prefix, access the
Basic Setup menu and go to
ISP Config
then
Use Dial Prefix
. Press the OK button
and select
In Use
. Press the OK button again
to save your entry. Then, go to
Dialing
Prefix
and press the OK button. Using your
telephone keypad, enter
9,
(the comma inserts
a pause before dialing the ISP’s phone
number). Press the
OK button to save your
entry.
Q
How can I disable call waiting?
A
To disable call waiting, enter the Advanced
Setup menu and go to Device Setup, then Call
Waiting. Select In Use, and press the OK
button to save your entry. Now, scroll down to
C-W Block Code, and enter the code to block
the call waiting feature, and press the OK
button to save your entry. If you don’t know the
code, contact your local telephone company.

How do I know how much money I have left in
my account?
A
When connected on a call, press the OK button
twice.
