13 Maintenance and Care
Insert the new battery.
When inserting the battery, make sure that the "+" pole designation points
to the front.
Secure the battery with the double-sided adhesive pad
(pos. F)

Re-assemble the welding head in the reverse order.
Now re-install the welding head in the CNC system.
After installing the welding head in a CNC system, the position of the
welding head must be checked and re-aligned if necessary.
For this purpose, we recommend using the HBS adjustment set for the wel-
ding head position.
Never dispose of used batteries in household waste.
Switching off the battery
You can extend the effective service life of the battery by switching off the
battery indicator after you have prepared the welding head.
Push the trigger for “0 / ON” next to the display to the left for ap
-
prox. 2 seconds.
The display goes out briefly, then changes to “OFF” before swit
-
ching off again.
You thereby prevent the battery from discharging without being
used.
Briefly push the trigger for “0 / ON” to the left to switch the display
back on again.
