Always wear personal protective clothing and safety equipment!
Replace carbon brushes –
see Fig.
• Remove brush cap.
• Unhook any protrusion from the carbon brush
using a slotted screwdriver.
• Take out the carbon brush.
• When inserting the carbon brushes, make sure
that the orientation of the carbon brush matches
the contact shaft outside the brush tube.
CAUTION:
The tabs from the carbon brush with
the contact piece are introduced right
and left outside the brush tube.
Special care is required because any
in stallation error may deform the contacts
or carbon brush and thereby damage the
motor.
8. Care
The HAZET cordless impact wrench should be
regularly treated with a common solvent-free
cleaning agent without grinding additives.
Checking for dust
• Dust can be removed with a soft cloth or a cloth
moistened with soapy water.
• Do not use bleach, chlorine-based cleaning
agents, benzene or thinner since these can
damage the plastic.
• Wash and dry plastic parts with a soft cloth
dampened with soapy water.
