Note:  Motor leads must be disconnected prior to removing drive, and reconnected when new drive is mounted.  
Take care to ensure that the motor leads are not pinched between the drive enclosure and the motor during 
assembly.  The drive mounting screws must be tightened to 30 inch-pounds.
