WARRANTY
The Manufacturer warrants that this Electro Roto has been thoroughly inspected and tested, and found to be free
of defects in workmanship or materials, and guarantees to repair or replace free of charge (FOB Repair Center
Dock) any part or parts proven defective within one year from the date of purchase by the end-user. Ordinary
wear, accident, or misuse, are expressly excepted. Do not pick up hard or metallic objects which may dam-
age unit and void warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear parts such as cord, gaskets, switches,
bumpers, carbon brushes, bags, hoses, belts, etc. Warranty to include labor, in - bound and out-bound freight
charges.
ExCEPT AS TO TITLE AND MERCHANTABILITY, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES ExPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EvENT SHALL THE
MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
