FMEDA meet the criteria according to SIL2, SIL3 and PL-d.
** In determining the safety function, using the safety key figures in accordance with the standards mentioned 
under item 4 in the safety manual, the relay contacts of the vibration control Type 663-Window were explicitly 
evaluated and taken into account. The current output 4...20 mA is not configured in a safety-relevant manner.
