defective.
Contact authorized Service agent or Hatco for assistance.
Supply voltage to unit is incorrect.
Verify supply voltage at both receptacles matches the
unit specifications.
Internal electrical malfunction.

Display light(s) not working.
LIGHTS ON/OFF (I/O) switch in the
OFF (O) position.
move LIGHTS ON/OFF (I/O) switch to ON (I) position.
Fluorescent tube(s) loose, defective, or
burned out.
Check that fluorescent tube(s) is installed properly.
Replace, if necessary (see maINTENaNCE section).
Base, glass shelf, and/or
canopy heat not hot enough.

Knob(s) set too low.
adjust the appropriate HEaT CONTROL Knob(s) to a
higher setting.
Excessive air movement around
warming cabinet.
Relocate unit or redirect air movement (i.e. air
conditioning duct or exhaust fan) away from unit.
HEaT CONTROL(s) not working
properly.

Heating element(s) and/or heated
glass shelves not working.
