c) Adjustment of net height:
Stick crank on the fixing screw and unscrew it. Remove crank and stick it on the spigot.
Now the crank serves as „extension“to adjust the height of the sliding device. Move the
crank close to the upright if possible. Now adjust the required height with the help of the
height scale. Then remove the crank, stick it again on the fixing screw and tighten it
slightly! In order to adjust the height on both sides at the same time two cranks are
enclosed.
d) Tensioning of the net:
Stick crank on the universal joint and turn it until the
necessary tension is achieved.
Take care to turn the crank close to the upright
to avoid damages
of the universal joint!
During tensioning of the net the uprights
deform to the field centre. These deformations
are no defects and disappear when the tension
is released.
e) Fixing of tensioning cords:
Now fix lower tensioning cords at both uprights to
adjust the net. The lower cords are fixed in the eyes
of the adjustment elements provided at the bottom
of the sliding devices sliding devices for fine
adjustment. The upper and middle cords (if vailable)
are only fixe
d around uprights’ profiles (see bottom
pictures). Use the wing nut to fix the height of fine
adjustment.
