3. Assembly of the net
The net is not part of the delivery. The following pictures only describe further assembly
steps. Different net executions are available.
a) Fixing of tensioning rope at the mechanical upright:
Hang snap hook of the white rope in the loop of the net
tensioning rope.
Hook off the snap hook if it is still fixed in the
mechanical sliding device. It is also possible to remove
the white rope and to pull the loop of the net tensioning
rope through the guide roller of the sliding device. Then
fix loop directly in the hook.
In order to have enough space for the tensioning
process the hook has to be placed at the top of the
mechanical device. If not please change the position
accordingly by sticking the crank on the universal joint
and turning the hook.
The adjustment element provided at the bottom of
sliding device is necessary for the fine adjustment of the
net. Description for use see point 3e “fixing of
tensioning cords”.
b) Fixing of tensioning rope at the counter upright:
Pull tensioning rope through the guide roller and fix it at
the sliding device somewhat deeper. Fixing of the
tensioning rope depends on the rope length, the
distance between the uprights and the net execution, for
example:
- directly in one of the lower eyes or in the hook
(see left picture)
- wrap round the eyes down at the sliding device
(see picture bottom right)
Tension the rope during fixing as far as possible.
