indicate a QAM
modulator hardware
configuration failure. Reapply the QAM
configuration:

Set the output QAM type
to a new value. Check
for alarm clearance.

Return to the original
output QAM type.

The actual output bit
rate exceeds the
configured QAM output
bit rate. Deprovision several services
of the specific output until
the alarm clears.
