iii. The documentation should contain at least:

• Address and location of installation.

• Name and address of installation company.

• Name of the person in charge of the installation.

• Product identification.

• Fixing device.

• Schematic installation plan.

• A declaration by the installer, that it is:

Installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions;

Carried out in accordance to plan;

Fixed as specified;

Commissioned in accordance with manufacturer's instructions;

Supplied with photographic information/documentation.
