Install the top unit’s drain pipe as shown in Figure 5-25. Refer to
the Double Deck equipment diagrams on page 7 for further
reference.
17. Inspect both rotisseries for any remaining plastic left over from
the manufacturing and packing process and remove if found. Be
sure to remove the protective foam blocks from the glass doors
as well as the plastic tie wraps that is securing both drive units in
their respective sockets. See Figure 5-26.
18. Verify that the rotisseries are level from front to back and side to
side. Raise or lower the caster wheels to level the unit if
necessary as shown in Figure 5-9 on page 13.
