OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

Spindle Brake

Brake lever has capability to rotate in either

direction to brake and lock.

1. CAM upwards to lock and prevent movement

of spindle (see Figure 2.21).

Quill Sensitive Hand Feed

1. Place the handle on the quill feed shaft.

2. Select the most suitable position.

3. Push home until the locating pin engages.
