Changing the door hinges
You can change the side on which the door
opens. The stop is on the right on delivery.
As this alteration requires some manual skills,
please read through the work instructions be-
fore altering.
In addition to the package contents, you will
require:
– Medium size cross-headed screwdriver
– Medium size flat-headed screwdriver
– Size 8 spanner
Proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the appliance is not connect-
ed to the power supply.
2. Use a cross-headed screwdriver to
remove the cover for the upper hinge
plate.
3. Remove the cover from the opposite
side.
4. Unscrew the upper hinge plate’s two fas-
tening screws. Use a size 8 spanner or a
cross-headed screwdriver.
5. Remove the hinge plate.
6. Remove the blind plugs and put them on
the opposite side.
7. Remove the fridge door.
8. To adjust the lower door hinge, tilt the
refrigerator to a maximum of 45° to the
rear.
9. Unscrew the screw foot (7).
10. Unscrew the lower hinge plate. Use a
size 8 spanner or a cross-headed screw-
driver.
