Troubleshooting table
Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not nec-
essarily mean there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please
check the table to see if you can correct the malfunction.

Never attempt to repair the appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users’ lives in danger. Only authorised
specialists are allowed to carry out this repair work.

jammed.
You are trying to
blend too much
food.
Reduce the amount of food.
The food is sticking
to the cutting
blades.
Pull the mains plug out of the
socket and then free the cutting
blades from the food.
Heat, smoke
and an unusual
smell occur
while blending.
You are trying to
blend too much
food.
Reduce the amount of food.
You are using
the appliance for
longer than the
allowed working
time of 1 minute.
Shorten the working time to a
maximum of 1 minute and then
let the appliance cool down for
at least 2 minutes.
The food you are
blending is too hot.
Make sure that the food is not
hotter than 60 °C.
