3. Thread a #4 x 3/8-inch sheet metal screw into each of
the holes. Remove the screws and apply a few drops of
thin CA in each hole to harden the surrounding wood.
Once the CA has fully cured, attach the cowling to the
fuselage using the #4 x 3/8-inch sheet metal screws and
a #1 Phillips screwdriver.

Add a final #4 x 3/8-inch sheet metal screw to
attach the cheek cowl to the fuselage at the rear. A hard
point will need to be installed in the fuselage using a
mixing stick and 5-minute epoxy or medium CA.
4. Attach the propeller using the washer from the engine.
Use a box wrench to prevent damaging the nut.
5. Attach the spinner cone using the hardware included
with the spinner. Make sure the propeller does not
contact the spinner cone.
6. Attach the muffl er to the engine using the hardware
included with the muffl er.
7. Cut the cowling to fi t over the muffl er and exhaust
stacks. Work slowly for the best results. Use a piece of
high-temperature tubing to extend the exhaust from the
muffl er out of the cowling.

WING INSTALLATION
1. Slide the wing tube into the wing tube socket.
2. Slide the wing panel into position, connecting the
extensions from the wing into the fuselage.
3. Slide the wing tight against the fuselage.
4. Secure the wing to the fuselage using a 1/4-20 x 2-inch
nylon wing bolt.

The nylon bolts can be shortened using a
razor saw to make their installation easier.
