5.3.17 Loosely fit a set screw (item 16) into both upper guides
(do not tighten).
5.3.18 Select 2 off front panels and 2 off intermediate panels
(if req’d). Position locating studs (8 Dia. x 16, item 17) in
holes in covers and secure with M4 nuts.
5.3.19 Select the right and left rear side panels (item 18) and
slide them onto the upper and lower guide rails, sliding them
from front to rear until the slot in the top face of the panel
locates with the loosely fitted set screw (item 16).
5.3.20 Select the right and left intermediate side panels (item 19)
and, in a similar fashion, slide along the guide rails until they meet
the previously fitted covers (item 18).
NOTE: S150 & S190 Models do not have intermediate panels.
5.3.21 Select the right and left front side panels (item 20) and, as in
previous 2 steps, slide into place along guide rails, securing with
M8 nut and washer supplied (item 21).
5.3.22 Secure the panels with screw supplied (item 22).
5.3.23 Attach to front casing edge the control panel fixing screw
(item 23).
5.3.24 Secure bottom screw (item 22), M8 nut and washer (item
21) and fit a 24mm dia. grommet and cap (item 25).
