NOTE: The following components should be assembled loosely to allow for movement and fully secured when
completed.
5.3.3 Position the lower front guide supports (item 1 and 2) and
secure to front casting using M8 x 10 bolts and washers supplied.
Note: Ensure that the folds are pointing inwards towards rear of
boiler.
5.3.4 Position the upper front guide support (item 3) on the front
casting and secure with M16 nuts and washers.
5.3.5 Fit 2 off M8 x 80 studs (item 4) into the upper front casting as
indicated.
5.3.6 Fit 2 off M8 x 80 studs (item 5) into the lower front casting as
indicated.
5.3.7 Position the lower rear guide support (item 6) on the rear
casting and secure with 2 off M16 nuts and washers.
5.3.8 Position the upper rear guide support (item 7) on the rear
casting, ensuring the folds face inwards towards the front of the
boiler, and secure with 2 off M16 nuts and washers.
