STEP 1. PREPARING THE RooF FRAmE
prepare assembly of the roof frame by placing the roof components on the ground as shown in the
image below.
TIP:
- the stay (5) has a blocker at one end. insert the end with the blocker onto the male connection on
the stay (4).
- the stay (6) has holes at one end. these holes must be turned towards the middle of the frame or
roof ridge.
- the connector pieces have plastic covers to protect against dirt, which can cause corrosion. leave
the plastic covers in place until the connector pieces are being assembled.
Note
that there are five different types of connector pieces - see below.
note:
1. During assembly, the strut bracket must be below the hook.
2. the connector pieces (9), (10) and (11) are designed for wall
fitting and have a smaller radius of curvature.
3. the connector pieces (12) and (13) are designed for roof fitting
and have a larger radius of curvature.
