OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not overload the product

Never attempt to connect the product to a motor or other drive unit The product is only
intended for manual use

Lubricate all moving parts regularly Always check before use that no parts are damaged and
that the product moves as intended in disengaged position

Before lifting, check that the hook is properly fastened Never lift a load hanging from the tip
of the hook Check that the chain is not twisted or bent

Stop using the device immediately if the lever is stiff
– Check that the load has not been caught up something
– Check that all the parts are working properly
MAINTENANCE

Clean the product after use, and lubricate the moving parts Store in a dry place

Maintenance and inspection should be carried out by qualified personnel The product
should only be dismantled by qualified personnel

After cleaning and/or repairing the product it should be tested with no load and with maxi-
mum load before use

Keep the friction surfaces on the brake clean and dry Check the brake mechanism regularly
