ROTISSERIE ACCESSORY KIT
NOTE:
Rotisserie kit comes with 2 (two) motor brackets. Use appropriate bracket for your model.
1.
Unpack rotisserie kit from carton.
2.
Mount the motor bracket to the firebox side by using 2 (two) screws as shown in
Fig. A
below. Slide the motor onto the motor bracket as shown in
Fig. B
below, depending on the
type of grill. For Type OG01, slide motor onto the motor bracket with the power cord on the
bottom. For Type OG02, slide motor onto the motor bracket with the power cord on the top.

Screw handle onto the threaded end of the rotisserie rod.

Tie chicken and large pieces of meat tightly with cotton string to prevent meat from hitting
cooking grate as shown in
Fig. C
below. Search “How to Truss a Chicken for Rotisserie” on
the Internet for instructions.

For Type OG01: Place the rotisserie rod through the round hole of the right-side panel of
the lid as shown in
Fig. D
below. Then, slide one fork onto the shape end of the rotisserie
rod as shown in
Fig. E
below. Insert meat onto rotisserie rod and slide other fork onto
rotisserie rod, inserting forks into the bottom side of the chicken and centering meat
lengthwise on the rotisserie rod. Tighten the screws on the forks. Place the rotisserie
rod through the round hole of the left-side panel of lid as shown in
Fig. F
below, and
insert the shape end of rotisserie rod into the motor.

For Type OG02: Slide one fork onto the shape end of the rotisserie rod as shown in
Fig. G
below. Insert meat onto rotisserie rod and slide other fork onto rotisserie rod, inserting forks
into the bottom side of the chicken and centering meat lengthwise on the rotisserie rod.
Tighten the screws on the forks. Place rotisserie rod in the cutout of the side panels of the
firebox as shown in
Fig. H
. Insert the shape end of rotisserie rod into motor.
6.
Use switch on motor housing to start and stop rotation.
