Troubleshooting chart
Before sending in the device to after-sales service, check using the
following table whether you can remedy the problem yourself.

Power adapter not
properly connected
Make sure the power
adapter is plugged into the
mains socket and con-
nected to the device.
No voltage from the
mains socket
Check the fuses.
ON/OFF switch
(11) not switched
on
Move the ON/OFF
switch(11) to the ON posi-
tion.
Remote control
does not work
Device is defective.
Contact after-sales serv-
ice.
Too far away
Ensure that the remote
control is not too far away
from the device.
Battery is

Replace the battery in
the remote control; pay
attention to correct polarity
when inserting the new
battery!
No sound can
be heard
Device switched to
mute
Press the MUTE button (7)
on the remote control to
cancel the mute setting.
Volume set too low
Increase
volume.

Disconnect the head-
phones from the device.
