Unencrypted networks
The device is compatible with all standard network protocols and
encryption methods.
In the case of an unencrypted network, the device will automatically
establish connection and no further settings are necessary.
Encrypted networks (default)
Enter the network key. Move the cursor by turning the rotary
navigation knob (8a) to the digits to be selected and con
fi
rm by
pressing the navigation button (8b).
The key that is entered is displayed in the upper part of the dis-
play. To move the cursor back to the
fi
rst digit, select BKSP, OK
or CANCEL an.
WPS-encrypted network
WPS-encrypted networks are identi
fi
ed by their network names as
soon as the the device starts searching for available network connec-
tions.
